The town of Kalkan on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey is not just beautiful; it is heaven for travelers and tourists. This attracts thousands of visitors monthly to this small town and due to the influx of the tourists, many of the locals start renting out their villas to earn handsome amount of money that opens new market of opportunity. The villas in the locality provide scenic views of the sea that one can just imagine. However, with the increase in competition, it is difficult to get a good share of clients. We have installed retractable glass roof system for the client.
The Villas can only be stand out in the eyes of the tourist if they provide added value to their visitors. In search of this, the customer contacted Libart and we provided him with our innovative solutions that transformed the entire place providing royal experience. The outside space from where his
customer can witness the sea was covered with Sola-glide (retractable sliding insulated glass roof) to provide shade on a sunny day and experience the night under the billion stars when the sky is clear. The vertical surfaces were built with
Panora - View Windows (vertical retracting wide span insulated glass windows) that show the panoramic views of the scene giving the delight which everyone wishes for.

Libart enables the space to transform an outdoor space on the touch of a button whereas depending on the weather condition it can be an indoor area without losing the precious views. The
vertical retracting windows are unmatchable with any of the solution available with a perceived value much higher than the cost of the products.
