The design concept of Maple Beach Hotel is to arrange the building horizontally along the coastline of the east coast and plan the floor plan so that the guest can enjoy the sea view of the east coast and the foot of Daegwallyeong Mountain.
The stairs between the rooms are naturally opened to open the wind path so the golf course can enjoy seaside views of the east coast from inside the buildings.
